The Slightly Sour Cook: I've been cooking since I was a little girl. I love all things food! What I don't like are people who insist you need the most expensive gadgets or fancy kitchens to cook well. I despise scrolling through some ridiculous story about self-discovery just to find a recipe on someone's blog. I hate food shows that have turned cooking into ridiculous competitions. I guess I'm really just tired of over complication of something that is supposed to be pure. Let's get back to basics.
